Ebenezer Ridges Care Center/Campus is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support our Skilled Nursing Senior Care Facility in Burnsville, MN. This repairs position is responsible for supervising preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment and grounds keeping for the buildings.
This repairs/grounds/maintenance schedule includes:
80 hours in two weeks
Day Shifts
One weekend a month

Repairs and maintains work orders for residents' individual living apartment homes and community spaces
Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal, and operating motorized grounds equipment
Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment
Apartment turnovers
Boilers license
Driver's license in good standing
One to three years previous experience in a similar environment
Vocation/Technical training preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desire to work with older adults
