Overview

The Patient Experience and Family Centered Care Consultant facilitates patient information gathering through direct interviews with patients, attending the patient advisory committee, and interactions with volunteers and staff throughout Fairview Ridges Hospital.

About this position:

  • This position is working 64 hours every two weeks on the day shift.

Responsibilities/Job Description

This position will:

  • Maintain the communication tool used to increase awareness to leaders and staff on patient experience work and progress on a regular basis

  • Gather and provide patient experience data to clinical leaders, teams, and administration.

  • Maintain data collection and analysis

  • Work closely with various departments to create the most efficient and effective way of gathering and disseminating patient experience information

  • Work directly with patients and families

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Vocational/Technical or Associates Degree in health care field

• 0-3 years of experience in a customer facing role

• Experience in Microsoft Office applications and other computer applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1 year or more in a clinical setting
