Therapist in a adolescent dual diagnoses day treatment program located in Crystal. Conducts multi-axial diagnostic assessment, determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy and provides education for patients and their families. Facilitates treatment planning and manages each case. Responsible for development of transition/discharge plan. Communicates effectively and respectfully with others, including interdisciplinary team and all other contacts. Functions as an interdisciplinary team member. Accepts supervision and consultation with a licensed supervisor for the functions of this position in their clinical practice.

Must have adolescent development 30 hour training or education in course work.
LICSW, LP, LPCC or LMFT
150 or more supervised hours in adolescent treatment program
Adolescent development training or coursework
Basic Life Support Certification
- LADC licensure
