Ebenezer Environmental Services Director - Float in Edina, Minnesota
Overview
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging starting at $31/ hour. All wage determinations will be based on relevant experience.
This position provides general oversight and maintenance of our Florida properties (building & grounds) including all major utility, life safety and security systems. Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff. Ensures 24/7 emergency On-Call response per rotating schedule. The position includes
On-call position to support sites as needed
Day, Evening hours; Nights as needed

Responsibilities/Job Description
Supervises condition of & forecasts need for repairs/ replacement of HVAC, energy management, life safety, security, fire, elevators, electrical and plumbing systems
Coordinates purchasing activities for maintenance and housekeeping supplies within budgetary guidelines andoverseespayment of bills per facility practices
Hire and train/coach maintenance and housekeeping staff
Schedule staff and manage daily workload (as needed) for the timely completion of work orders and apartment turnovers
Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
Promotes a safe environment for staff, tenants and visitors
Conducts and tracks community emergency drills
Leads or co-leads Safety Committee per facility guidelines
Qualifications
Required:
High school Diploma/GED
Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
Certified Pool and Spa Operator (CPO) in State of Florida
Three to five yearsprevious experience
Preferred:
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree –Industrial energy or related field
Five to ten yearsprevious experience
Ability to use MS Office Software (Word, Excel, etc)
