We are looking for a Resident Services Coordinator II to join our team! This position provides a wide range of administrative support to the community. May also serve as main receptionist for the community. This facility support schedule includes;
80 hours every two weeks
Full time, day shift
Weekends as needed

Maintain nursing staffing schedule for community
Coordinates Administrative functions
Coordinates Training and Maintains Records
Assists with billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
Coordinates Resident Communication
Functions as receptionist for the building
Other duties as assigned
Required:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor required
Desire to work with seniors
Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff
Preferred:
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
Other License/Certification/Registration: Health Unit Coordinator training
One to three years of previous experience
Previous experience working with Eldermark and Educare
