Ebenezer Maintenance Assistant in Grand Rapids, Minnesota
Overview
- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $19 - $25 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience
We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our senior living team in Grand Rapids, MN! This position will monitor preventative maintenance programs and repair building systems and equipment. They will also train other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment. This maintenace schedule includes;
40 hours every two weeks
Part time, day shift

Responsibilities/Job Description
Basic maintenance and safety awareness
Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, staff, vendors, visitors and supervisors.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
Ability to respond to tenant/visitor/staff medical emergencies in accordance with facility guidelines.
Qualifications
Required:
One to three years of experience
Driver's License in good standing
Preferred:
- High school Diploma/GED
