Fairview Health Services Resident Assistant in Hermantown, Minnesota
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for RAs with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - $26 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.
The Pillars of Hermantown is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful brand-new Assisted Living building in Hermantown, MN. This role is also given training to be able to pass medications.
This casual/on-call caregiver schedule includes;
Help with last minute or pre planned needs to fill in on the schedule
Days/evenings/nights options
Weekends as needed

Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
Assists with onboarding of new staff.
Performs other duties as assigned and directed.
Required:
Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers
Ability to work in a team setting and support others
Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
CNA certificated if under 18
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
