Fairview Health Services Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Casual in Hibbing, Minnesota

Fairview Range is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Rehab Services in Hibbing, MN.

In collaboration with patients and families, the SLP is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes.

Schedule: This position is casual, working 0-39 per pay period. This position would be 8 hour, Day Shifts. Weekends as Needed.

Speech Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities

  • Partners with the patient and family while performing the Evaluation/Re-evaluation.

  • Develops an individualized plan of care through collaboration with the patient and family.

  • Partners with patients and families to provide skilled intervention.

  • Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served.

Speech Language Pathologist Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Certification by ASHA and Speech Therapy Practitioner license in the state of Minnesota

  • None to 1 year experience

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology

  • BLS

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years experience
