Fairview Health Services Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine (Float) in Highland Park, Minnesota
Practice Description
As an employed Nurse Practitioner in the Float Pool for Fairview Health Systems, you will have a unique opportunity to experience working at any one of the 40 M Health Fairview Clinics.
Responsibilities:
Site specific assignments can vary; however, you will work at one primary care clinic location for approximately 3 month assignments, with ample notification on any assignment changes.
Fill in for physicians on leaves of absences, or in clinics with vacancies.
Outpatient clinic only responsibilities.
No call is required.
Monday - Friday, days hours and no evening or weekend hours.
Patient encounters average between 18 – 22 in an 8 hour shift.
Full time or Part time opportunities available.
Participation in monthly clinic meetings.
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications
Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Family Nurse Practitioner training program.
BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
