Overview
Fairview Health Services is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join the multi-specialty practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Riverside .
Practice Details:
Join a team of 6 Certified Nurse Midwives, 1 WHNP and 8 Physicians
Deliveries performed at: University of Minnesota Medical Center- Fairview, adjacent to the clinic.
Admitting Hospital: University of Minnesota Medical Center – Fairview.
CNM group averages 20-30 deliveries per month
Average of 16-22 patients per day in clinic
FTE:.8
Schedule details : 3 day clinical work week - includes clinic and on-call time
Call Frequency: 1:7, with 24/7 in-house OB emergency support
Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and sub specialty physicians
Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

M Health Fairview Clinic – Riverside (https://mhealthfairview.org/locations/m-health-fairview-clinic---riverside#specialities-and-providers) is a multispecialty clinic serving a diverse patient population, adjacent to University of Minnesota Medical Center- Fairview in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood of Minneapolis.
There is an expectation that CNM’s will see clinic patients at The Riverside clinic and two additional Fairview community clinics.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal Nurse Midwife training program.
Be certified through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB).
Have a current, or be eligible for a MN APRN license and be approved or eligible by the Minnesota Board of Nursing for prescription writing privileges.
Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.
Experience is preferred but new graduates will be considered.
