Jones-Harrison Senior Assisted Living Building in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Housekeeper ! This role provides a clean, safe, and cheerful environment for senior age residents, staff, and visitors.
This casual Housekeeping /Cleaning position includes:
Saturday/sunday as needed
Flexible schedule, help pick up shifts ahead of time and for last minute needs
Day & Evening Shift Hours

Responsibilities/Job Description
Performs thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including vacuums carpets, sweeps and mops hard floor surfaces, dusts and/or damp wipes surfaces, sanitizes bathrooms, cleans all glass windows/mirrors.
Demonstrates precautionary work practices for the safety of others in the work areas, such as electric cords, wet floor signs, etc
Maintains housekeeping cart and storage area on daily basis and communicates supplies that need to be re-stocked
Performs job duties safely, using accurate body mechanics and protective equipment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality
Able to understand and follow verbal and written communication including policies/procedures and safety sheets
Preferred:
- Work experience in cleaning or similar environment
