Fairview Health Services Maintenance Assistant in Minneapolis, Minnesota
- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $19 - $25 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on relevant experience
We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join out team! This position will monitor preventative maintenance programs and repair building systems and equipment. They will also train other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment. This maintenace schedule includes;
80 hours every two weeks
Full time, day shift
Weekends as needed

Repairs and maintains work orders for residents' individual living apartment homes and community spaces
Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal, and operating motorized grounds equipment
Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment
Apartment turnovers
Boilers license
Driver's license in good standing
One to three years previous experience in a similar environment
Vocation/Technical training preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desire to work with older adults
