Ebenezer Resident Assistant in Naples, Florida
Overview
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages starting from $17/hr . All wage determinations will be based on relevant experience.
We are looking for a Resident Assistant who would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain our senior assisted living/memory care residents’ physical and emotional well-being at our beautiful community in Naples, FL. No CNA required unless under 18 years old.
This resident assistant/caregiver schedule includes;
32 hours every two weeks
Night shift hours

Responsibilities/Job Description
Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
Assists with onboarding of new staff
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers
Ability to work in a team setting and support others
Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
CNA certificated if under 18
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
