The Outreach Scheduling and Onboarding Coordinator position is responsible for making calls out to patients for various preventative health screening and cancer screening appointments. Coordinators will also call new insurance plan members that use Fairview Networks, welcome them to the plan, review network access, and assist in patient scheduling as needed. Outreach campaigns include: preventative health screening, reattributions, onboarding new insurance members, care coordination patient surveys.
1+ years in a related field.
Excellent public relations and computer skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Strong phone customer service skills.
1+ years of customer service experience.
1+ years of healthcare related experience.
