Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming, MN is looking for an LPN to work in busy urgent care. This position is for a casual opening with the ability to work day/evening/night shift, for 8hr shifts.

Job Responsibilities
Maintains knowledge of, and aligns with, all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
Actively participates in crafting and implementing improvements.
Supports the nursing process to achieve outcome focused patient care by following the plan of care in order to achieve identified patient outcomes.
Observes and collects data to contribute to the assessments of the patient and family in order to develop an outcome focused plan of care.
Follows the plan of care in order to achieve identified patient outcomes.
Intervenes in emergency situations as appropriate within scope of practice.
Communicates optimally with patient/family, physicians, and the interdependent team regarding the care of the patient.
Contributes to the achievement of patient and unit outcomes (Safety, cost, quality, happiness, engagement) by working collaboratively with inter and intra departmental teams
Qualifications
Requirements:
1 to 3 years experience
Trade or vocational certification
Practical Nursing Diploma from an accredited school of nursing
Registry on the MN board of Nursing
BLS
