Fairview Health Services Resident Assistant in Wyoming, Minnesota

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with benefits and hourly wages ranging from $21.32 - $27.00 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Additional pay when working evening/overnight shifts!

We are looking for a Resident Assistant whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our vibrant and busy assisted living in Wyoming, MN.

This caregiver schedule includes;

  • 48 hours in two weeks

  • Evening/overnight shift; 12 hour shift

  • Every third weekend rotation

Meadows on Fairview Senior Living, is Ebenezer’s 51 Unit Assisted Living and Transitional Care Community located in Wyoming, MN near Highway 35, County Roads 8, and 61. Conveniently across the street from Fairview Lakes Hospital and Dialysis center offering a full continuum of care for our residents.   • Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.

  • Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.

  • May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.

  • Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff

  • Assists with onboarding of new staff

Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.

  • Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population

  • CNA certificated if under 18

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
