Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) Nursing operates within the Mission, Core Values, and Strategic Plans of Fairview Hospitals.

8 hour shifts, no weekends
Location: Wyoming, MN
WOCNursing provides consultation, education, leadership, staff supervision, and direct care for patients with needs in the areas of wounds, ostomies, fistulas, drains, and incontinence problems. WOC Nursing collaborates with physicians, staff nurses, and other health care disciplines to determine best treatment protocols, and facilitate quality outcomes for ostomy and wound care patients. WOC Nursing incorporates current research and best practice guidelines for the care of ostomy and wound patients. The WOC Nurse is available for consultation during off hours in emergencies.
Bachelor’s degree and graduation from an accredited WOC Nursing program.
Current MN RN License
Certified Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse (CWOCN)
Current Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB) certification in wound, ostomy and continence
BLS for Health Care Providers
The WOC Nurse is available for consultation during off hours in emergencies.
